For all ITIL® exams beyond Foundation, PeopleCert requires proof that you’ve completed accredited training or official e-learning. Acceptable evidence includes a paid invoice or proof of enrolment for an accredited course or e-learning, or a statement of exam result (if you are resitting the exam). If your training was not completed through FTLS, please email this evidence to our Sales Team before placing your order. Orders without valid evidence will be refunded, minus processing fees.
